Maurice served in the U.S. Air Force where he gained his education in the air conditioning field. In 1967, he began his career as a service technician for Brandt Engineering in Dallas, Texas and was later promoted to service manager for their Houston, Texas branch. In 1980, he incorporated Houston North, where he is the Chief Executive Officer overseeing the corporation’s financial and business enterprises. Mr. Torgan holds a Class A license for air conditioning and refrigeration in Texas.

Acie began his career as the manager of an HVAC and refrigeration materials wholesaler in Pensacola, Florida and was later transferred to Houston, Texas to manage a locality there. In 1985 he began employment with Houston North in sales and later was promoted to Vice President, then President where during the past few years he has overseen the corporation’s day-to-day operations. He currently holds a Class A license for air conditioning and refrigeration in Texas, Louisiana, and Georgia.

Jeff began his career in HVAC and Refrigeration in 1985 and has over 35 years of field experience. He received an associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University and throughout his career he has been responsible for establishing Service Side Operations from the ground up. Jeff began working with Houston North in 2016 and in July of 2018 he was promoted to Vice President.

In 1982, Donna began her career with Houston North where she served as the company’s Dispatcher for seven years. She was later promoted to Office Manager where she administered the company’s clerical and accounting staff and procedures. As company growth and expansion required, she was promoted to, and is currently the Controller. In this capacity, she continues to supervise the accounting functions and procedures and produces monthly financial reporting. Donna gained her education at North Harris County Community College and has maintained currency through Continuing Education and seminars.
